Författaren till böckerna i skriftserien FörsäkringsrörelseManualen, Per Johan Eckerberg, är advokat och Senior Advisor, tidigare Partner, vid Advokatfirman Vinge. Per Johan var 1990 en av grundarna av Vinges specialistgrupp i försäkringsrörelserätt. Därefter har Per Johan arbetat som rådgivare till företag i försäkringsbranschen under mer än 35 år. Under årens lopp har han hunnit med en hel del trots heltidsarbetet som partner i advokatfirman. Bland annat har han under många år varit ordförande i Svenska ICC:s försäkringskommitté samt grundat och därefter blivit hedersordförande i Försäkringsdistributionsmarknadens (InsureSecs) disciplinnämnd. Många känner igen honom som en flitig lärare på Svenska Försäkringsföreningens kurser. Vidare har han skrivit en rad böcker om försäkringsrätt, såsom FörsäkringsrörelseManualen, Solvensregler och, nu senast, Rörelseregler.

Eckerberg is one of the founders of Vinge's insurance practice in the eighties and is probably the best known Swedish insurance business lawyer, having written several books on the subject.
